This was a fun animation to make to celebrate the release of Yuth's sixth issue. As an action sports magazine with a goal of getting kids off their phones and outside, I wanted to pay tribute to the late legend Duke Kahanamoku, the man who helped spread surfing and hawaiian culture to the world. Though he might be surfing through the clouds nowdays, his presence in the surfing world is still felt in today's youth.
